In case you didn’t know Barry Soetoro is another alias name Barack Obama previously went by back in his Muslim schooling days back in Indonesia.

  

FYI to this day he refuses to release his school records, why are the secrecy if it could silence all those so vocal against him if he has nothing to hide?

Natural born citizen is not defined in the Constitution. But apparently the founders were relying on information from a writing of Emerich de Vattel.

Chances are if you’re a Democrat, you’re shaking your head and saying, that’s not true, that never happened, that wasn’t his name, he didn’t go to school there.

You’d be saying he didn’t go to school in indonesia or should be because if he did, that country’s requirement is that the student must be an indonesian citizen, hmmm….

All those folks still demanding to see his original birth certificate doubting the “copy” posted on his website after continuous outrage from conservatives and some outspoken liberals alike just didn’t cut the mustard with many, especially since the posted birth certificate appeared to be… Fake!

These people don’t look like crazy left wing raticals now huh?

Even though the loudest speakers against Obama being a citizen were democrats which were eventually hushed with gag orders, cases dismissed by democrat liberal judges and of course his administration.

The sad facts are that the case was dismissed in the end without reason and a restraining order made preventing further inquiries into the matter. Was this a conspiracy perpetrated by Barrack Obama and the DNC – Democratic National Committee?  Unfortunately due to lack of public outcry and rage on this matter, media bias and political suppression of opposition we will probably never know or at least find out during Obama’s term as president.

 

Did Obama Become an Indonesian Citizen when His Mother, Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, and moved to Indonesia?

As outlined in more detail below, Mr. Philip A. Berg alleges, in his lawsuit against Obama, that Obama lost his US citizenship, by virtue of his mother's marriage to Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, and her subsequent relocation with Obama to Indonesia.  (Note:  Berg's complaint has been dismissed, but he is appealing in both the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court.  See here for current status of his appeals.)

 

While many were put off by his muslim sounding name Barack Hussein Obama which was shortened to Barack Obama during his campaign (those using his full name were labeled racist), many of these people never knew he had previously went by another name, a name which really was his muslim given name Barry Soetoro, here is more on that story…

So when exactly did Barack Obama become Barack Obama?

There is now overwhelming evidence that for a significant portion of his childhood the man we now know as Barack Obama had a different legal name–he was Barry Soetoro. Both Texas Darlin and Matthew Weaver have written about the document that the Associated Press turned up showing Barack aka Barry registered at a Catholic school as a citizen of Indonesia and a muslim.

Here’s what we know for sure:

Barack/Barry’s birth father was a non-practicing muslim from Kenya. Barack Obama of Kenya was a defacto polygamist but this had nothing to do with a deeply held religious believe.

When Barack/Barry’s mom, Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro Barack/Barry was adopted and became legally known as Barry Soetoro. Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate was updated to reflect that fact sometime between 1965 and 1969.

In Indonesia Barry Soetoro (the man we now know as Barack) was considered to be a muslim and learned the muslim call to prayer. However, when Barry Soetoro moved back to Hawaii to live with his non-muslim grandparents we have no evidence that he continued to identify himself as a practicing muslim. I do not know why the Obama campaign allows this cloud to linger because the Republican machine will succeed in forcing him to concede that as a child he practiced Islam.

Matthew Weaver listed eight questions he would like answered. I have a much simpler list:

1. When did you change your name legally to Barack Obama? Why?

2. When did you renounce your Indonesian citizenship that came to you by virtue of your adoption by Lolo Soetoro?

What is fascinating in watching the video above that seeks to debunk the notion that Barack is a closet muslim is that all of his schoolmates know him and refer to him as BARRY. So Barry Soetoro, what is the real story?

UPDATE: Here’s the point the Obama crew fails to grasp. I am not alleging he did anything illegal or wrong, but his refusal to answer these questions in a simple, clear manner keeps the issue alive. And the Republicans are not going to give him a pass on these matters. They will insist on getting the answers. And the pressure will increase dramatically once the conventions are done. At that point Barack/Barry’s ability to talk about issues will be drowned out by the insistent demands that he “come clean.” The refusal to address these questions in a straightforward manner will simply reinforce the suspicion that he is hiding something. If the Democrats want to spend the fall dealing with he issues of his identity then they are likely to get their wish. It is simply amazing that these matters have not be cleared up by now.

The Obama birth certificate controversy emerged again in the last couple of weeks thanks to the questioning of Lou Dobbs:

 

I think it is important to put to rest the notion that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. He was not. He was born in Hawaii, a U.S. state, and by virtue of that fact is a U.S. citizen. So what’s the big deal? The Obama team have refused to release the original birth certificate and that fact fuels speculation that they are hiding something. Well they are. What?

Barack Obama was not named “Barack” in the original birth certificate. He was “Barry” not Barack. But that’s not all. The birth certificate was amended when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian muslim, around 1968. David Axelrod and Barack Obama decided against trying to explain these issues, worried that the Soetoro birth certificate would reinforce the charge that Barack was a secret muslim. Such a charge would have muddied the waters and alarmed too many folks in the midwest and south. They covered it up and, with the help of an incurious media, kept these questions tamped down.

Let me be clear. I do not know if Barack Obama meets the Constitutional requirements to be President. He was a young boy when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. As a youngster he had no say in the amendment to his original birth certificate however Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship and he needed to be a citizen to be a student there. He also was introduced to Islam through his step-father. But that relationship ended when Barry Obama Soetoro returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents. He never renounced his U.S. citizenship that we are aware of however we don’t know either way. The refusal of Barack Obama and his political team to forthrightly address these issues has kept the controversy alive.

Barack Obama is now caught in the lie. If he comes clean with the original copy of the birth certificate he will be damaged politically because it will be clear he was not forthcoming or transparent about his childhood. People will realize the story he has told is more myth than fact. This in turn will fuel a new meme, namely, that Barack Obama cannot be trusted to tell the truth.

Similarly the rightwing will be damaged if it persists with the nonsense that Barack was born in Kenya. I know many believe this but it is not true. The real reason Barack Obama is evasive about his original birth certificate is that he wants people to forget he once was an Indonesian muslim boy named Barry Soetoro.

It is that simple.

Yes, so much for transparency but this administration was created because of lies so why should they stop now!

If you don’t understand what I mean, I’ll give a real world example how this is similar to how United States President Obama and house democrats want to take from the working man and give more and more to those who don't work and rather just wait for and expect a hand out from everything from housing to food to money, cell phones, healthcare, you name it there are already a lot of these programs in place.

We should be cutting back on such programs as most were originally meant for people truly in need and only as a temporary form of assistance. This only goes to show how offering such “assistance” over the long term and as a permanent “benefit” kill the will or need or sense of urgency for anyone to want to work in exchange for better government support and charity. I also fear what is happening behind the scenes as the driving force and untold agendas the politicians promoting such services are vying for.

Does anyone else see a similarities and just how a good intention can do more damage than good if not closely monitored and closely scrutinized?

While our United States Government officials in congress (mainly liberal democrats and a socialist president Obama) take away more and more of our liberties in exchange for government benefits, the reasons or will to work for a living diminish exponentially as do our rights, liberties and the ability to pursue happiness.

ACORN Protection

I don’t understand how anyone can question that ACORN, a non profit organization which the now President Obama was once on the board of directors and legal defense team doesn’t have protection from the Obama administration or the democrats in congress.

How else can anyone explain why they haven’t been shut down, had mass arrests and/or raids, IRS investigations or at minimum had their non-profit status revoked. To date, nobody has even looked at their financial books for audit.

These investigative videos keep getting released by a young woman and man that chose to go out on their own and do a little investigating to expose the massive fraud and corruption in the ACORN organization and just how wide spread it really is. This isn’t just a fluke or anomaly, this is a common occurrence as these videos keep exposing.

So far democrats, ACORN and law enforcement have decided to attack these brave kids for illegally recording these law breakers without their permission! Can you image the set of balls on these people, where the hell is their character, morals or for that matter good judgment?

This is sickening to me, and to imagine these are the folks delivering political presidential votes, registering voters (dead or alive), and are such a large organization with over 200 shell companies and organizations making them up in order to extract more government grants, non-profit status, and still be able to pick sides in political forums the lines often get blurred within the organization of the boundaries they should be keeping to keep all the separate business entities missions apart and legal. The problem is when they cross the lines, they break laws but with friends in the whitehouse and congress we are now confronted with widespread corruption backed by tax payer dollars.

In this latest video it goes to show how these people probably don't really think it's a big deal because they have long lost their moral and ethical compass or never had one to begin with otherwise in this one  example of many this lady would have known it was wrong and not helped the prostitute and pimp out.

I wouldn't doubt if this acorn worker has been at one time herself or has friends who are hookers. ACORN is a disgrace and even more amazing is how congress and the mainstream press excluding Fox news has come to their defense!
On the issue of their non-profit status alone ACORN should be investigated by the IRS intensively. But when you’re one of Obama's peeps I suppose you have NOTHING to worry about!

 

Isn’t amazing how they continue to coach would be pimps on how to import minors as young as 14 years old to be enslaved into prostitution rings in the united states in a coordinated manner and even further how they can help cover it up to look like a legal organization. Hey look at this after being berated by Fox News on a regular basis CNN Finally seems to be reporting on ACORN. Check this out, ACORN’s voter registrations show that over half of them were fake, fraudulent registrations of dead people or fake people that don’t exist as registered voters. Go figure….

Later in this video it’s funny how CNN tries to defend Obama and separate him from ACORN after saying ACORN endorsed Obama for president. FYI: that is illegal for Non-Profits to do as outlined in the rules to become and operate as a Non-Profit organization, they are strictly prohibited from endorsing any political party or candidate. Why is it their non-profit status has not been revoked yet? We have seen news clips and interviews where ACORN is not being around the bush that they endorsed Obama for president. So….. What’s going on here?  Yeah, Obama rewards ACORN with $800,000 during election time for all their good work. Freakin’ sickening although we can all see what is going on here, the politicians and organizations connection with each other isn’t quite as transparent as it is suppose to be.

 

I wonder if ACORN will get their government funding restored to 100% and get their contract back to become a main census organization. Imagine all the damage acorn can do by corrupting the integrity of the Census, it can destroy our country, voting, funding, and a whole lot more which is based on census figures.

The great part here is ACORN is now saying they will file lawsuit against Fox News for airing these under cover videos exposing ACORN along with the film maker of these seemingly endless under cover documentary videos by James O’Keefe and Hanna Giles.  The arrogance of ACORN is incredible.

 

ACORN affiliates threaten members of CSA and Campaign For Liberty. The Conservative & Libertarian groups were there to protest against healthcare reform. ACORN affiliates: Organize For America, ACT-Now, & USA-CAN are pushing blank signatures upon shoppers at a mall.

 

How Biased is ABC news, check out this one CHARLES GIBSON (ABC NEWS) DENIES KNOWING OF ACORN FRAUD and tries to brush it off as BS made up garbage from the cable network news directing that at Fox News of course. How despicable, and this guy is a reporter? Reputable? I think not, who at this point hasn’t heard about this videos let alone a news anchor!!! This is what happens when a news organization picks sides and is not bi-partisan and objective in their views when reporting what is suppose to be the news.

Deaf Ears on Health Care Politics

Obama’s back door Chicago style politics is creeping in all over, check out this example.

I logged into my youtube account and noticed an email to me, of course it was spam but this one had the presidential seal of approval on it.

The video it took me to was a page of videos, a contest actually called “The Health Care Reform Challenge”, which seems to be promoted by the Obama administration in conjunction with Organizing for America, what seems to be a shell organization like Acorn created to promote a political agenda. Yes, non-profit status at its worst to raise funds and promote a political agenda, Obama and the Democrats in congress health care agenda but this page also mentions how they asked “Us” to contribute to this challenge.

I’ll assume for now this was the conversation between Obama cabinet members and the art community using tax payer money to use their creativity to promote the Democrats agendas, how wrong is that. Using tax payer money to promote the agenda of a select group.

Anyway, here is a post I submitted to their page in response to the spam sent to me. I doubt it will be posted among all the slobbering praise on this page for the agenda and the movement.

My email reply:

“Why are you spamming everyone on youtube with invites to this channel?
This is a despicable presentation using children in a manner like this to promote the presidents agenda. Is this the type of creative ideas cooking in the back room using tax payer dollars to create ads to promote his health-care agenda?

Children will die if this bill doesn't pass? That's a bit of a stretch... Just take a look at what's being left out of the message... The actual cost, how are you going to control that? Hmm.... By changing what coverage is considered "necessary" like pushing back the age for women to get breast cancer screenings. This is just the beginning, end of life counseling is closer than you all think and an service that will be needed if this bill actually gets passed all the stages because offering health-care to all and shouldering those costs on the few will only diminish the coverage available now.

Just reform the waste, fraud and abuse instead of spreading this propaganda to pass a back door arranged private agenda bill that needs to be rushed thru without thorough examination.

More Chicago politics is what this is all about. NO THANKS! Please take me off your spam list. “

On this same blog page following users comments to the main video, they seem to have the same attitude.  Our health care system sucks. Actually that is ignorant to say, the United States  offers some of the best health care in the world.

To be more accurate one should say the United States health care system is being overrun by waste, fraud and abuse. This can be cured not by revamping the entire health care system but using existing laws to weed it out and prosecute the abusers.

That won’t be done however because many of the politicians wanting the so called change are the same getting favors and paid through the back door.  They can start that initiative NOW if they really wanted to revamp health care. It’s just more lies and politics from our Chicago politician holding the chief position in office.

I for one don’t want an elitist like Harry Reed or Nancy Pelosi or for that matter a Chicago politician like President Obama who have their own separate health care MUCH MUCH better than that which they are proposing for the rest of us common folk to live with. I’m sorry but I don’t want them deciding how much I should be paying for health care to give the same health care coverage to those who don’t work or choose not to pay for health insurance resulting in lesser quality health care coverage for me to balance the costs of such coverage.

Here is a glimpse into what’s in store for us despite what they SAY, as in Obama’s election speech where he said “Words… Words… don’t mean anything, they’re just words…” I for one prefer to look at their actions and it’s scary.

“A top federal health official said Wednesday that the controversial new guidelines for breast cancer screening do not represent government policy, as the Obama administration sought to keep the debate over mammograms from undermining the prospects for health-care reform.”

For those not aware of what this is all about, the Obama administration came out with a new report, many say is bogus claims there is no need for breast cancer screening procedures for women in their 40’s anymore saying 55 would be the target age to begin but even then say’s only to have the examination every 2 years from that point instead of the now recommended yearly exam.

Could this be the beginning signs of Health Care rationing that is to come if this bill should come to pass?

Many breast cancer survivors including super stars like Olivia Newton-John, Christina Applegate, Jaclyn Smith who’s lives were saved by early detection are speaking out against the new administration proposed guidelines.

One obvious Obamanite address’ peoples posts here with ranting like this…

“You are an idiot. Seriously, instead of admitting that our healthcare is ranked below countries like Saudi Arabia(fact), you tell me the same "if you don't love it, leave it" bullshit.
We have decent healthcare here, as in quality. In terms of accessibility we have shitty healthcare.
Here is another poll I found, out of the top 19 industrialized nations in the world, more people die of preventable illness per 100,000 here then in any other. Explain that.”

I responded with this:

“Um... Assuming the poll your quoting is accurate and unbiased. The population for one is probably greater here than the comparing countries, and the lackadaisical behavior of many of people here just not taking care of themselves or doing what is required to keep healthy thinking others will take care of us when needed could be the answer. Too much dependence on being socialized as we already stand.

We also have more sexually transmitted diseases than other country, blame health care??? “

Another protector of the agenda made this post:

“You ... are clearly not listening...
We don't want free health care. The great majority of us are NOT asking for free health care. We want reasonably priced health care that WE pay for without worrying about being dropped, or denied coverage on after paying for years, without skyrocketing premium increases, and we want to strengthen our nation by helping keep the masses of this country healthier. 6 US military veterans die EVERY DAY because of no health insurance. That is so fucking wrong.”

I don’t know who is feeding these people these polls or how accurate or inaccurate a picture is being painted for them nor how the information is being presented to be able to give the best reply so maybe my responses are right on, maybe they’re way off base but I don’t think so and it is my opinion.

My response to this post although it was not directed toward me or any previous posts I made:

“If you want affordable health care and not Obama/Reed/Pelosi's socialist option, try asking them to weed out the waste fraud and abuse vs. rushing thru sweeping massive health care overhaul reforms that they DON'T want anyone to read, examine, debate and give alternative options to before they vote on?
This is another social program like section 8 housing which is massively abused. I work in real estate and can tell you more of the people using the benefits are abusers of it”

As a voter and tax payer I think my opinion should count. This brings up another problem where the Obama administration doesn’t really seem to value the constitution or “the people” for which it stands. If you don’t agree with “the agenda” then you’re a worthless right wing extremist and that is not the stance a president who should be representing all the people should take.

I just fear the “do as we like” game the Obama administration and Democrats in congress are playing now to see just how much they can get away with.

Check out alternatives, contradictory to what House Democrats are saying, the Republicans do have suggestions and alternatives, the Democrats in control now just aren’t listening.

ACLU SPIN thru Fear Mongering

Wow, Talk about Spin and Fear Mongering!

Have you seen this yet? I got this in the latest junk mail and thought at first that is pretty messed up.

Here is what all to commotion is about.

FIGHT THE URGE TO SIGN THE PETITION UNTIL YOU READ THIS COMPLETE STORY.

On the surface it does sound scary and living in an Obama nation spiking a surge of mis-information and “popular” messages and ways of disseminating information even more frightening.

Upon further examination, and realizing where the message is coming from (ACLU), I took a step back and saw the real picture.

Groups like the ACLU have a history of protecting criminals, "illegal" aliens, U.S.A enemies and terrorists, child molesters and murderers always looking out for the rights of these types over the hard working common man.

They first they paint a picture to play on your fears then give an immediate call to action to sign a petition to take action, STOP!!!

This is the ACLU, don't just sign a petition because you just saw a scary video. This is a very deceptive tactic to spin a political agenda.

What they are really trying to prevent is a government ID program which would allow us to crack down on illegal aliens, prevent identity theft and other real issues which are a clear and present danger TODAY!

It's a bit of a stretch to link that bill to a pizza joint getting access to private health records, recent credit, purchasing and health records. Think about it for a second, only one! HIPAA and many other laws already in place would prevent such access or abuses plus the credit history access and protection laws in place.

This is really an extremely ingenuous, deceptive way to promote a political agenda, or more so to squash one they don't agree with.
